Cool Cucumber Salad

  • 2 medium cucumbers
  • 1 teaspoon Original Jane’s Mixed-Up Salt
  • 2 Tbsp. Asian Gourmet Sesame Oil
  • 2 Tbsp. Asian Gourmet Seasoned Rice Vinegar
  • 1/2 Tbsp. granulated sugar
  • 2 Tbsp. Jane’s Krazy Mixed-Up Sesame Seasoning

Cut cucumbers into quarters, scraping and discarding seeds, if necessary. Place onto a layer of paper towels and sprinkle lightly with Jane’s Original Salt and set aside. In a small bowl, combine the sesame oil, rice vinegar, and sugar. Whisk until well combined. In a serving bowl, combine cucumbers, sauce, and Jane’s Sesame Seasoning. Serve as a cool, tangy side dish with grilled kabobs.
