Lime Pepper Island Shrimp Skewers
- 1 lb. raw shrimp, peeled, tail on
- 1 pineapple, in chunks
- 2 bell peppers, sliced square
- 1 pint cherry tomatoes
- 2 Tbsp. lime juice
- 2 Tbsp. Jane’s Krazy Mixed Up Lime Pepper
Assemble shrimp and vegetables in a large plastic food storage bag and add the lime juice and Jane’s Lime Pepper. Shake well and allow to marinate in the refrigerator for an hour. Assemble onto skewers and grill until shrimp are pink and peppers are tender.
