Mixed-Up Grilled Veggie Pita Pizza

  • 1 large zucchini
  • 1 large yellow squash
  • 1 red onion
  • 1 pint cherry tomatoes
  • Bella Famiglia Olive Oil, to coat
  • Jane’s Krazy Mixed-Up Lemon Pepper

  • 4 pita rounds
  • 1 cup hummus


Slice vegetables, toss with olive oil, and season liberally with Jane’s Lemon Pepper. Grill in a grill basket or roast in the oven at 350° for fifteen minutes. Grill or bake pita rounds until golden brown, about five minutes, remove from heat and top with hummus.  Add the grilled vegetables and serve!
