Surf and Turf Kabobs

Prepare the meat ahead to give it time to marinate. The veggies and shrimp don’t need the extra time. Place sirloin chunks into a large food storage bag with half the oil and all the Jane’s Steak Seasoning. Massage well and refrigerate four hours to overnight. Place vegetables and shrimp into another food storage bag. Add remaining olive oil and the Jane’s Salt. Shake well to coat. Assemble all ingredients onto metal skewers and cook on a grill turning once or twice until shrimp are pink, vegetables are crisp-tender, and meat is medium-well.
