Quintessential Greek Salad
- 1 medium red onion, sliced
- 1 green bell pepper, sliced in rings
- 1 cucumber, sliced in rounds
- pepperoncini, to taste
- kalamata olives
- 1/2 cup feta cheese crumbles
- 1/4 cup Greek olive oil
- 2 Tbsp. white balsamic
- 2 Tsp. Jane’s Greek Seasoning
Assemble vegetables and olives onto a serving platter. (You could use a base of frisée or spring mix, if desired, although a traditional Greek salad does not call for lettuce). Whisk together oil, vinegar, and Jane’s Seasoning. Dress the salad and serve.
